Question: It sounds like you're doing great! Keep it up! Don't worry too much about the acautl weight loss in the beginning of a program. As you are gaining muscle, you won't lose as much weight. Muscle acautlly weighs more than fat. Many people starting a program don't know this and they get discouraged because they are just looking at the scale.As long as you are getting in shape and feeling good that's what's important!
