Review I have only been using it for about a month along with some other natural products for inflamation and I think that it is a good product. I will continue to use it. One other benefit that I have noticed that it has offered that the other products that I have been taking did not and that is the support of my sinuses and bronchial tubes. I am 71 and was having a lot of difficulty with my voice and that seems to be clearing up. I have tried a lot of different products for that without much success so I was happy to find something that actually helped.
Review I had tried taking tumeric without the extra ingredients without success, but my friend encouraged me to try phenocane. Within three weeks, my thumb (which I couldn't bend at all) was usable again, shoulders didn't ache and I'm shoveling in the garden again. This is one of the key factors in this product's success, I believe, as so many of the other melatonin products which are ingested end up causing "loopy" dreams. They are fast acting and taste just fine.
The most common use for this product for myself is to use it to get my sleep schedule back on track. Over the counter sleeping pills severely degrade quality of sleep, and leave me restless all night long. Natural melatonin is quickly absorbed sub-lingually and gets me to bed quick.
