Review I started taking 5-HTP about three weeks ago. The first night I took it I was amazed at how well I slept and how good I felt the next day. I have since increased my dose to 350MG (200MG at night & 150MG on waking) and am really happy with the results. I also utilze GABA (750MG at night and 1500MG on waking)
