Three years ago I had gastric band surgery for weight loss and lost 120 lbs. The nutritionist at the hospital recommended that I take a multi-vitamin since I wouldn't be getting vitamins from many fruits and vegetables that can't pass through the lap-band. Sometimes I still use my Centrum chewables. But these liquid multivitamins taste better. In addition They work very well with my grape protein drink and my coconut water. The daily recommended dose for potassium is 4700 mg. Liquid Daily Multi Plus contains 150 mg per oz. So I add some coconut water, which is high in potassium.

Seacoast Vitamins multi-plus liquid is incredible. I have been using for more than two years now, and it provides all the viamins that I need. I believe it has increased my energy and helped to build my immunity because I have not been sick since taking the vitamins...not even a cold. The liquid formula is very convenient versus taking lots of vitamin pills daily. My husband takes them also and I could never get him to take a multiple vitamin in pill form. I recommend them highly !

This multi-vitamin has everything I was looking for - specifically vitamins B6, B12, calcium citrate, and iron. Plus, it has been easier to digest than other multi-vitamins that I have tried. I also like that the recommended dose is 6 capsules, so I can take 1 or 2 in supplement to a healthy diet and not feel "over-vitamined".

This product combined with the Daily Multi-Plus liquid really seems to work wonders! Could really feel the difference after taking it for about a week, just seemed to have more energy throughout the day and things did not seem to stress me out as much. I highly recommend Liquid Daily Multi Plus if you are looking for a good multivitamin that increases energy. I can tell a difference in my energy levels when I run out! It contains vitamin B's so I have eliminated taking a B complex.

I have been on the pill form of glucosamine and chondroitin for approximately 10 years, I am 72 years old and this last winter I started drinking green tea as it was supposed to help my health overall. What a joke, all of the sudden I was having joint pain in my knees and hands as if I had never used any form of supplement, I don't know if it was the green tea or what but I really feel as if it washed awayall the years of supplement use along with the toxins. I work full time and play 63 - 81 holes of golf every week weather permitting and was really concerned that my golfing days were behind me. I ran across a Seacoast add for the liquid supplement and read that the absorbtion rate was so much greater than from pills. I ordered a 36 oz bottle and started taking 1.5 oz a day. After about half way through the bottle I could start to feel relief, what a day that was. I ordered 2 more 36 oz bottles and just finished my first bottle an am really looking forward to warm weather to play golf. My wife is has also started using my supplement as she has arthritus in her back and the pill form upset her stomach and the liquid form does not. Keep up the good work as you have a great product and will recommend it to anyone who has arthritus.

I've been taking Daily Multi Plus Liquid vitamins for several months now. I could feel the difference in the liquid vs the old pill form I used to take, with in just a few days. I continue to have more energy and generally feel better. I now have enough energy to get out and walk almost daily, which also increases my energy. I've recommended this to several friends and they have gotten the same results. I luv 'em - they even taste good!
