I was recommended Melatonin by a friend a few months ago. I had a lot of trouble sleepinig (insomnia) and was hesitant to take perscription or over the counter sleep aids. I have been using Melatonin since and am really happy with the impact is has had on my life. I am able to get to sleep faster and stay sleeping. My 6 year old son has been taking this for 2 weeks Pros: His stimming (running and humming) stops w/in a half hour of taking this product. He can sit still for more than 5 minutes He can concentrate better on tasks Cons: Have to take it 3X's a day Wears off quickly (in like 3 hours) somewhat expensive I would definitely recommend this product to any mom who has a child that is hyperactive, has problems concentrating or who's child Stims. In just a 1 week time period you can see a difference. Even my husband who doesn't believe in biomedical treatments is impressed on how well this works for our son.
