Question: I'm glad you liked my comment,some plpeoe don't but I do so much research on health foods and nutrition,how what we eat affects our bodies and minds.:-) Yesterday,I made oatmeal kind of cookies yesterday,with soaked oats,almond milk,goji berries,agave,cinnamon,blueberries and figs,cooked it more like a crust.I just notice from experience how I feel after consuming processed foods (icky!).Of course everything in moderation!
