 Natural d-alpha Tocopheryl Vitamin E is a major antioxidant and the primary defense against lipid peroxidation. Serving Size:  1 Softgel

Suggested Usage:  As a dietary supplement, take 1 softgel daily, preferably with meals. 

 Other Ingredients:  Softgel Capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water) and Vegetable Oil Concentrate.  Contains soy derivative.
