Suggested Use: Take 2-3 Capsules with fruit juice or water prior to work out or sports activity, or as needed. For bulking up, also take 2-3 capsules within 2 hours after workout with complex carbohydrates. It is also recommended, for best results, that this be taken with Super Sports Creatine. All amino acids should be taken with vitamins and minerals. Do not take with milk.
