Strontium is a trace mineral that helps build strong healthy bones.  This trace mineral concentrates in the skeleltel system, playing an important role in supporting bone tissue density.

Studies indicate that strontium positively effects bone strength and maintains normal bone density. Strontium may support bone formation and decrease bone resorption (or breakdown), thereby enhancing bone mineral density (BMD).

Suggested Use: Take three (3) capsules once daily, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. For optimal absorption, take on an empty stomach and at least two hours apart from calcium, magnesium or antacids.
