CLA 750 (750 mg 90 softgels)
CLA contains conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a unique optical isomer of the polyunsaturated fatty acid linoleic acid. CLA is a lipid component of cell membranes and breast milk. Although dietary sources of CLA typically include red meat and dairy products, Jarrow FORMULAS® CLA is derived from safflower oil.
CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) is a naturally occuring form of the essential fatty acid, Linoleic Acid. CLA helps block fat cells from filling up with fat by interfering with a fat-storing enzyme known as lipoprotein lipase. Research shows that CLA may help increase lean muscle mass.
Two CLA softgels offer the CLA equivalent of what is found in 38 slices of cheese. CLA has been shown in animal experiments to assist in glucose metabolism, body fat reduction and enhancement/retention of lean body mass (muscle).* Each 1000 mg softgel contains a minimum 75-82% CLA (providing at least 750 mg CLA per softgel).
Take 3-4 softgels per day with meals, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.
Pregnant or lactating women should consult a physician before taking CLA.
