Question: I opted to go for silicone mslyef. You have nothing to be worried of, silicone has gone a looooong way, and is very safe. They feel more natural and look fantastic I will be posting my one month within the next week and you can see for yourself. Saline is a safe choice but there is the chance of rippling and they dont feel as natural as a silicone implant. The new gummy bear silicone implants do not leak even when the implant has been cut or punctured. Hope this helps and excellent luck !!
