Vitamin K is vital to the body's blood coagulation process. Kal 200 mcg Vitamin K should be taken to aid in blood clotting when there is a noted deficiency. People with a Vitamin K deficiency will usually have bruising and bleeding. A Vitamin K deficiency is rare because most people consume enough Vitamin K in their regular diet.
Take Vitamin K under the supervision of a physician. Vitamin K promotes coagulation and it can be dangerous to cause your blood to clot too much.
