Question: How do you take it? Did I miss the dosaging instructions some where? There is a high chance I did, cause I am on my phone. :)
  • A: The dosage is just 1 tablet a day:) There are no requirements that this has to be taken with food, on an empty stomach, or a certain time before meals.
