- A: This Saline & Aloe Nasal Spray has the following ingredients: Deionized water, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, glycerin (from coconut palm oil), sea salt, ulmus fulva (slippery elm) bark extract, althea officinalis (marshmallow) root extract, trigonella foenum-graecum (fenugreek) seed extract, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, benzalkonium chloride, disodium EDTA, sodium phosphate, disodium phosphate, sodium benzoate. There are no warnings against taking this product if on warfarin or any other prescription medication however if you are concerned you may want to consult with your physician first before using.
