Creatine monohydrate is converted to creatine phosphate (CrP) in muscle tissue. CrP provides a critically important store of energy which helps to power short bursts of intense muscular activity as in sprinting or weightlifting. CrP is used up in regenerating the ATP consumed during intense exercise and is itself renewed when creatine interacts with ATP during the rest period immediately after strenuous exercise.
Suggested Use:2 to 5 tablets shortly before exercise, and 2 to 3 tablets afterwards. When beginning creatine supplementation, taking 5 tablets, 4 times daily for 5 days may optimize results.

Question: what happens to my mluescs after I stop taking NO-Xplode?Hello. I am looking at trying NO-Xplode as a pre-work out supplement. I am concearned about what it will do to my body. I only work out 3 days a week, and I would try to only take 1 scoopwork out. From all the reviews I've read, im confident it will give me a solid burst of energy, and let me push a lot. combined with recovery days, im sure I will put on mass. However, what happens after I'm done taking it for lets say a 2month term. I do not intend to use this product perminently. I dont want any future liver or kidney issues, so Im approaching this in moderation. So, If I stop taking it, after I have gained, I would expect to gain much less, due to the lack of energy, but will I lose mass? it has creatine in it, although a small dosage. Im 23 years old, 5 ft 10 , 175 lbs, so I have a pretty average build. I play a lot of sports, but at a recreational level. Im not looking to put on a lot of mass, I just want to firm and tone up, maybe add 10 pounds or so, over time. To those who have used NO-xplode and stopped after gaining, how did your bodymuclesbuild respond? did it maintain? did it reduce? thank you., I appreciate your input
