Question: I use now Arginine Ornithine and I was wondering your opinion that the Ornithine can harden your stool as I have seen on 2 other sites. I have noticed this and as with all products I monitor them closely and and limit the products I take at any given time currenlty this is all I use. . This product does work well.
- A: Though I cannot say that constipation is not a side effect of this supplement, I am not finding anything to support that claim. Many things can cause hardened stools. Some of the most common things are low water and fiber intake. Please consult with your physician though to find out specifically why you are experiencing this as they can more accurately advise.
