Question: Stress? What causes your stsers? Do you need to take medicine to suppress your stsers? First of all, you need to relax, have some exercises to loosen up your tension. Go for short break, see a movie or go for a stroll along the beach. Play some games. Ever tried strong coffee? Have one you'll feel better. But I would suggest you take some healthy food instead.
